Our drive is long and sloped, there are two flights of stairs to the front door. And there was snow. They showed up on time and were able to get everything (including a one piece, very heavy, 8.5 ft custom dining table) unloaded and up into the house with no damage or drama at all. All in good time and for a very affordable cost. It was our first experience with Your Personal Mover and would choose them again without any reservation. I feel you can't go wrong with them!
